What is Glucosamine?

What is chondroitin?

Chondroitin sulfate belongs to the family of heteropolysaccharides called glycosaminoglycans. It is found in human cartilage, bone, cornea, skin, and artery wall (3). Chondroitin sulfate is a sulfated glycosaminoglycan, which makes it a biochemical "sister", among others. hyaluronic acid. Chondroitin sulfate is a long, unbranched chain of repeating structures that are used in the production of proteoglycans (4). Proteoglycans as structural components moisturize, protect and "lubricate" the cartilage (5).

MSM, or methylsulfonylmethane - a source of organic sulfur
