Jedna kapsułka zawiera optymalną dawkę, jednakże osobiście stosuję jej więcej. Stosunek DHA/EPA jest jednym z lepszych na rynku!
Dostałem w gratisie, używam od dwóch tygodni. Nie odczuwam zażywania jej, tak jak nie odczuwałem zażywania 3x droższej przez pół roku. Więc trudno mi coś powiedzieć.
