Healthy fats
Maintaining a diet is not easy, and often not so pleasant. It is difficult to balance it properly to meet the needs of the body in every respect. A particularly critical point of each menu is fats, including the so-called "healthy fats, " whose health-promoting properties are known and appreciated by nutritionists worldwide. Their deficiency often results from, for example, small amounts of fatty fish in the diet. This may be due to problems with their availability, unpleasant taste (for those interested), or simply their price because it has been going up very quickly recently. The solution to this stalemate is to reach for professional supplementation, which will help you with the proper balancing of your diet. This applies mainly to:
- omega 3 acids,
- more complex products based on omega 3 - 6 - 8 acids.
Of course, you can't forget about other fats, including MCT oil. These are extracted from coconut pulp and used during high-fat/high-energy diets. They are excellent for ketogenic diets. Due to the different digestive processes, MCT oil does not in any way increase the accumulation of body fat.
