Essence Catuaba bark is a dietary supplement in the form of tablets containing catuaba bark extract. An unusual plant from South America (Latin Erythroxylum vacciniifolium). The genus Erythroxylum includes about 200 species that grow in South America, Africa and Madagascar.

What is catuaba? If you are not familiar with this term, you must know that Erythroxylum vacciniifolium comes from Brazil, where it is a very popular plant. An infusion made of it is traditionally called "catuaba" (although this name also applies to infusions of plants belonging to other types).
